Board & Membership Meetings The Board is required to meet at least quarterly. The Board has decided to meet every other month at dates posted on the website, at the mail station, and on Nextdoor. The Board is not obligated to act on matters not on the agenda. The Annual Meeting is held in the beginning of November. The primary business of this meeting is to elect new Board members and to discuss the budget. However other matters may be brought up for consideration by either the Board or members in good standing. Special meetings may be called by the Board or upon written request by 1/4 of the 105 household members. Only members in good standing may vote or assign their proxy.
PLHOA Board of Directors Directors are elected for two year terms at the Annual Meeting held in early November. The new five member board then elect officers at its first meeting. The bylaws allow the Board to make special appointments to carry out duties as the Board may determine.
